01How is this different from ChatGPT, Claude or Copilot?
Those are general-purpose assistants. PlusLive AI is built to run inside your business. It connects directly to your live accounting, CRM and operational data, so answers, reports, apps and workflows are grounded in your actual systems, not general knowledge. It acts inside your business tools too, not just in a chat window.
02Cloud, on-premise, or both?
Both. PlusLive AI connects to cloud platforms through their APIs and to on-premise systems such as Sybiz and Ostendo through a secure connector, so a mixed estate is normal, not an exception.
03Do you train on our data?
No. Your data is used to answer your questions and run your workflows, and nothing else. It is not used to train public models, and you keep control of where it is stored and how it is secured.
04How long does onboarding take?
Days, not months. We connect your systems, tune PlusLive AI to your chart of accounts, fiscal periods and business rules, and go live with a first use case, then add capability as you're ready.
05Who builds the apps and agents?
PBT does, on Modules 1 and 2. We scope, build and support them for you. On Module 3 your own team can build and change them directly, with PBT there when you want us.
