Key Features of Employment Hero Work
Employee Details
Employees can update their personal information and emergency contacts through the Swag app without requiring managers or HR involvement. Employees can easily review and verify their bank account and superannuation details.
Leave Management
Employees can simply submit their leave requests directly through the app—no need for emails or paper forms. Managers receive instant notifications and can review, adjust, decline, approve, or cancel requests as soon as they're received.
Timehseets & Rosters
Employees can set their availability, accept rosters, check shifts, and access timesheets. They can view, accept, or decline shifts right from the app. Rosters can be viewed next to events in their phones calendar, ensuring real-time availability updates.
Payslips
