Sybiz Visipay V22 is now available

This release is focused on connectivity and flexibility. There are many new features and functions. A few of them are listed (but not limited to) below.

ESS on the your phone

You can now use ESS on Andriod and iOS devices. The new Sybiz Visipay ESS application gives users access to payslip history and leave. Managers can approve leave and staff can submit leave all from the same application.

Timesheets

Employees can enter timesheets from ESS. Staff enter timesheets for approval and then they are directly imported into Sybiz Visipay for processing.

Other enhancement for Visipay Version 22 include:

Preparation for STP Phase 2.
Current Sybiz Visipay users will be exempt from reporting STP2 until July 1st 2022.
Payslips are excluded from being re-submitted to ensure data is not duplicated
ESS now supports annual leave applications in days or hours
Leave requests are now included in the calculation of “days left” in ESS
Email template have been improved for employee emails regarding approved/rejected leave
Administrators can archive paylips
Employee allowances are now included in salary sacrifices
Improvements in the help file
Improved reports for Payment Summary Reconciliation
