Earlier this year, we reached out to inform you about some exciting changes coming to our connected payroll employee app, WorkZone. We’re thrilled to share that WorkZone is now replaced by Swag, and we want to ensure you’re prepared for this transition. Starting from October 12th, 2023, WorkZone will no longer be accessible.

If your team hasn’t made the switch to Swag yet, now’s the time to do so!

Let’s dive into the key details:

• WorkZone’s Farewell: Effective October 12th, 2023, WorkZone will officially be decommissioned. It’s time to bid farewell to this trusted companion.
• Stay Informed: Starting from September 25th, 2023, your employees will begin receiving important notifications directly in the WorkZone app. Stay tuned for updates and guidance on the transition.
• For the Dual HR and Payroll User: If you’re managing both HR and payroll functions, fear not! Swag comes with custom settings that allow you to grant your employees access to a range of HR features like documents, certifications, policies, and more. You’ll also have access to familiar WorkZone features such as clocking in/out with timesheets, rostering, handling unavailability, managing expenses, and leave. 
• Logging into Swag: Getting started with Swag is a breeze. Simply download the app from your preferred app store and use your existing WorkZone credentials to log in. The only change you’ll notice is that you’re now logging into Swag instead of WorkZone.
